How to Access our Service
We are a private coaching and counselling service.
Unfortunately at the present time we are not registered with private health
insurance companies (we are currently seeking registration).
To access our service;
- Telephone 01303 850 674 and speak to one of our admin team who will help you regarding appointment
availability. If there is no one
available to take your call please leave a message with your number, and we
will get back to you as soon as possible. Please let us know if it is ok to
leave you an answerphone message or leave a message with someone else who answers
your phone. We will assume it is ok to leave you a message unless you tell us
not to.
- Email us admin@counsellingteam.com with
instructions about how to contact you regarding an appointment.
- Appointments will be confirmed on receipt of
advanced payment. We accept paypal
payments via our web site, or you can arrange to call in ahead of your
appointment with cash or a cheque. Once we have received your payment we will
confirm your appointment time.
- If you need to move your appointment please give
us at least 48 hours of notice. 50% of
payment will be charged for appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours,
unless we are able to fill your appointment session.
